Water Access for San Diego Commercial Pressure Washing
Check approved water connections, equipment parking and hose routes before commercial pressure washing at a San Diego property.

Locate an approved connection early
A commercial washing plan needs clear information about available water access. Identify the connection management authorizes and any building rules around its use. Do not assume the closest tap is available or suitable. If access is restricted, discuss options during quoting rather than waiting until equipment arrives.
Share the layout and restrictions
Photographs should show the connection, cleaning areas, gates and proposed equipment parking. Long routes, elevation changes and restricted corridors can affect setup. Tell the crew about locked rooms and who can open them. Avoid promising that the entire property can be cleaned from one connection without assessment.
Keep hoses away from unmanaged traffic
Hose routes can cross sidewalks, entries and delivery lanes. Plan barriers or alternate access with the site manager. Required emergency routes must remain part of the discussion. A convenient equipment position is not appropriate if it creates an uncontrolled obstacle for customers or residents.
Water supply and wastewater are separate questions
Having a usable connection does not answer how cleaning water will be collected or disposed of. Identify drains and discuss contaminated runoff handling before work begins. High-flow equipment should be used where appropriate to the surface and scope; water efficiency claims need context rather than a blanket promise based on machine size.
