Auto Dealership Pressure Washing in San Diego: Protect the Inventory
Plan San Diego dealership exterior cleaning around vehicle movement, display areas, surface materials and wash-water control.

Move inventory before cleaning its parking surface
A dealership has valuable vehicles near the work zone. Agree on how inventory will be moved and where cleaning can occur without overspray reaching cars. Exterior pavement washing is not vehicle detailing. Management should approve the sequence, keys and parking changes rather than expecting the washing crew to relocate vehicles.
Separate surfaces and stains
Display concrete, asphalt lanes, painted markings and showroom entries need different assessments. Oil spots may require treatment beyond a basic rinse, and absorbed staining may remain. Identify the highest-priority areas in the quote. Avoid applying a single aggressive method across every finish because the property is large.
Protect doors and site equipment
Glass entries, charging equipment, outlets and display fixtures need careful boundaries. Point out damaged seals and sensitive installations. Water should not be directed into electrical equipment. Any cleanup inside service bays is a separate scope with potentially different exposure and disposal requirements.
Keep sales access and drainage in the plan
Coordinate customer paths and delivery schedules. Ask how contaminated wash water will be controlled and disposed of, rather than pushed toward street drains. Review completion before returning vehicles to cleaned sections. Sealing display concrete, if desired, needs its own finish approval and vehicle-traffic reopening requirements.
